The one today that I want to highlight is our KPI Dashboard.

Now the KPI Dashboard is one of the reports that we use when we're working with clients where we get you down to understanding the value per lead based on the overall revenue.

Today this is not possible in your HubSpot portal to have all this data in one spot.

this is the kind of information that your CEO or managers, or your clients, if you're an agency, are really wanting to be able to articulate.

And it really is important for you to understand, you know, what these metrics roll up to, especially as we start to talk about rising costs from pay per click and that type of thing.

So let me give you a tour.

So you know, we're putting out a promise here.

You see your full HubSpot, funnel in 30 seconds.

and we're giving this away free.

This will have monthly updates and in regards to refreshing the data on a monthly basis for free.

And if you want it to weekly, then you can then you can pay just $5 a month per portal.

So we're going to just go ahead and connect to HubSpot.

You essentially would come through and you would connect to.

Well we'll do this impulse demo as an example.

You would choose your account and you would authorize.

We're not going into we're not taking any of your contact data or anything like that.

We're building lists and then just pulling the totals of the list itself itself.

So we're going to hit approve here.

Then you get to choose whether you want to track by companies or contacts.

And then in this demo account I just have the normal lifecycle stages but if you use customized lifecycle stages then you can update those and you'll have those as a choice and I'll show that to you in a second.

You can choose the let's say we just want to have our lead marketing, qualified lead sales, qualified lead opportunity and customer list here.

and then you get to choose your timeframe for what you want the breakdown to be.

you know 365 days is usually pretty good.

for the sake of this demo we're going to do 90 days.

and then you have the option of whether you want revenue tracking.

If you're using HubSpot how this system will work is it'll go through and it will grab we create a deal list and we pull the revenue from that deal list of closed one deals and that's how we calculate the revenue calculation in the report.

So you hit start tracking.

this is going to save the information to our system.

It's also going to create the lists in your HubSpot portal and then momentarily it will redirect us to the main area.

So we have zero data retention in regards to the CRM data.

We're not pulling any data.

We've got all the details in our privacy policy but what we're doing is we're creating lists in your system.

So now we've got the all the data piping in.

You'll see we have the ability for in this case I chose company for the metric type.

And you'll see we have the number of leads, how much per company, the value of each lead is and it breaks all the way down to the active client.

Now these are the custom versions of a custom lifecycle stage and you can jump into settings and you can adjust but you can see you've got your all time lists and your, your main list.

So all of these lists are connected in HubSpot, On the HubSpot side, what we, what we'll go through and do is we're going to create these all these lists.

So you'll have your one deals lists that we'll be pulling from.

You'll have your active client, active client lists, whatever your lifecycle stages are.

You'll have two lists, one an all time list and one a last 30 days list.

from there if we jump into that list, you'll see that you have permit, you got your filters over here.

the cool thing about the KPI dashboard functionality is you can go in and modify these if you need, if need be to create a subset of the items.

Today, the KPI dashboards only, you can only install one version of this at a time in your portal.

but you can modify and have full control over the type of attribution or that maybe you just want to pull this data for paid for instance.

You can absolutely do that in the system.

so lastly if we come back to the dashboard, you do also have the ability to embed which is a really exciting feature.

So you have these other chart types as well.

and also you'll have a rolling historical snapshot of when they come in and then you have the ability to embed right into HubSpot, as a portal itself.

You can choose whether or not you want these summary cards across the top or not.

So we'll just say no for the sake of this and you can create an embed URL.

This creates a, essentially a one time code for you to be able to drop the embed in and you can copy it and you can regenerate this at any time.

This link will last for 90 days before it expires.

And then when it expires you just come back into the tool and you just re authenticate it.

When you come to your reports dashboard you just, in HubSpot you would just go to add content, external content, click down under this other content area and you would paste that code in there.

and, and then just name your report.

From there you scroll down, you'll get a preview and then you just hit add.

And you can adjust this to whatever height and width that you need.

But this is going to give you the data that likely your CEO or senior leadership would need.

And of course you can bounce between the last 30 days or whatever your time frame is and all time overall.
